One line, the LOX supply line, comes from the LOX dome, runs closer to the thrust chamber (behind the turbopump outrigger), and is mostly obscured in this view (the flange on the LOX dome is partially visible at right between the top two lines and part of the LOX line, having a label with a green stripe, is visible above and to the left of the bracket holding the remaining three lines).

The three other lines run parallel to each other toward the forward end of the engine. From top to bottom, these three are the GOX return line, the helium return line, and the helium supply line.
