F-1 Engine (Building 4200)

F-1 engine F-5036 sits in front of Building 4200, part of a display showcasing Marshall's propulsion legacy. Alan Lawrie tells me that this F-1 engine was originally installed in S-IC-5, the first stage of Apollo 10's Saturn V, but that the engine was removed shortly before the stage's to shipment to the Mississippi Test Facility (now Stennis Space Center) and replaced with a spare.
